PCdoB repudiates the presence in
national territory of Donald
Rumsfeld, US Secretary of Defense.
The undesired visitant is one of
main officers of the US tyrannical
government. In this same position he
is now, during the first mandate of
Gorge W. Bush administration, he was
the main executer of its warrior
politics. As the boss of US Defense,
he have commanded the aggression
against Afghanistan in 2001 and
against Iraq, in 2003. He is the
direct responsible by crimes did in
there, since the massacres of civil
population, destruction of cities
and the abominable cruelty to
torture war prisoners. A executioner
which on behalf of a fallacious
“crusade by democracy”, in fact he
tyrannizes peoples and destroys
nations.
Brazil is living a new moment of it
insertion around world as a
sovereign nation. Our country
defends the world peace, equality
relations among nations,
non-interference over internal
affairs, self-determination of
peoples, the end of hegemony, the
strengthening of multilateral
system, the sovereign integration of
Latin America, the non-acceptance of
the economic and commercial
agreements in a colonialist basis as
the FTTA.
PCdoB opines that the bilateral
relation with the USA should be
restrained to the common interests
subjects. In any circumstances our
sovereign preservation and our
autonomy to take decision to defend
the national interests should be put
on. In any hypothesis and under any
pretext we don’t accept imposition
from USA over the Brazil’s
relationship with other countries
and over our conduct related to
multilateral themes.
